1 Product description of Rock Drilling Bits
We use our 45CrNiMoVA materials production of tungsten carbide and
YK05 cone drill bit, both of which are world famous drill bit
production materials.

Fixed grinding program will usually bring good working practices.
For example, check bits, then shift end mill or milling again after
a number of holes. Premature grinding is not necessarily
uneconomical, because there are fewer hard alloys that need to be

productivity.
Correct grinding greatly increases the service life of the drill
bit. But equally important, it also improves the performance of the
entire drilling operation, especially straightness of the hole.
The taper drill is the most commonly used taper drill, and its head
diameter ranges from 48mm to 26mm. The fan-shaped skirt is
hot-pressed with cemented carbide drills, and the tapered
fan-shaped drills have good performance and long service life.
